TrainEar is a mobile application designed to help users improve their musical ear training through interactive exercises. Access to and use of the app implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To use the app, users must sign in via Google or Apple ID. We collect your full name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID). This data is used exclusively to identify users and associate their in-app progress. We do not share or sell this data.
In addition to your name, email, and UID, we store your in-game progress. This is used only for saving/restoring progress and improving the app experience. No data is used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play and Apple Pay. TrainEar does not store or access financial or banking information. Payment policies are governed by Google and Apple.
All app content is the property of TrainEar or its licensors and is protected by law. Reproduction or use of content without permission is strictly prohibited.
While we strive for uninterrupted service, TrainEar does not guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. Features may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Users agree not to misuse the app or provide false information. Keep login credentials secure and use the app responsibly.
TrainEar is not responsible for data loss, technical issues with third-party services, or interruptions caused by external factors.
Personal data is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not collect sensitive data or share your information, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where TrainEar is developed and distributed. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
